What payment methods do you accept?

Transactions are handled by Gumroad. You can safely purchase Smart Image Resize Pro with your PayPal account, or with a credit card.

Can I upgrade to another license later? and how much should I pay?

How is VAT handled?

VAT is automatically handled by Gumroad. If you have a VAT ID you can enter it on your invoice, if you're not required to pay VAT, Gumroad will automatically issue a refund.

If you cannot field the VAT ID field in the invoice form, that means you were not charged for VAT. That happens when a purchase is made outside the EU or our payment processor Gumroad wasn't able to detect your country properly.

How do I generate an invoice?

You can edit and generate your invoice from within your purchase confirmation email by clicking the button Generate (at the bottom of the email):

How do I download the plugin and license key?

After purchase you will receive a confirmation email including your download link and your license key. If you haven't receive it you can request your purchase receipt at any time here.

Do you offer refunds?
