# How to enable Fileinfo Extension in cPanel

1. Login to your cPanel account.
2. In the "**Software**" section, select "**Select PHP Version**":

3\. Make sure the "**Extensions**" tab is selected:

4\. Finally, turn on "**fileinfo**":
